No, we never save any photos or videos from your usage of ULTRACODE to protect your privacy nor do we share your usage with any third party beyond what is required to fulfill the product offering (e.g. API calls to foundational model partners OpenAI and Anthropic). With many of our lower priced competitors, this is not the case!

We currently only offer annual subscription plans. We charge based on the value we create for our users not based of duration of use. Most of our customers only need our product for a couple of weeks to get their dream job.

Unlike our competitors, we offer unlimited use of our product once you purchase instead of having stringent usage credits. However, given the immense compute cost required to provide unlimited usage for life, we prohibit account sharing between multiple users and track devices per account to enforce this policy. If you have a lifetime access membership however, we do allow you to transfer your license to a new device should you have an issue with your previous device.
